The event organiser (Applicant), will be required to provide a Certificate of Currency for Public Liability Insurance that will be current at the time of the event, should it be approved.
The name of the insured must be a legal entity and must be the same as the Applicant.
The Public Liability Insurance must name the Park Trust and the Minister for the Environment and Heritage as interested parties.
Required insurance certificates, depending on the scale of the event, may include:
• Public Liability Insurance $20m inclusive of third party property damage not less than $500,000– Certificate of Currency
• Workers Compensation Insurance – Certificate of Currency
• Professional Indemnity Insurance for any design work, site layout, stage and infrastructure design.
